Here is how our the app works:

Download Steamee – the steam ironing company mobile app (via Play Store or iOS or scan the QR code).

Register your name & address - put the exact address to help us locate you better.

Choose from a subscription package that fits your needs.

Make an online payment or COD to start your service.

Get a personalized bag along with your zip tags.

Count the total number of clothes you wish to steam iron.

Open the app, Schedule an order, with the date of pickup (enter the exact quantity of clothes placed inside the bag and enter the zip tag which is tagged to the bag).

Hit on the confirm button and wait for the delivery executive to come and pick up your bag. It would take up to 20-30 mins for the executive to pick up your bags.

The delivery executive then takes your bag to Steamee's ironing station.

Your clothes are steam ironed and the same would be delivered within 24-36 hrs.

while receiving the bag, kindly provide the OTP to the delivery executive to receive your delivery. (note do not receive the order if the bag does not have a zip tag )
